Prepare
Prepare your equipment and installations for the cleanliness requirements of your process.
Cleaning aims to eliminate residues from manufacturing, assembly, maintenance, or operation before commissioning or a restart. Technochim adapts the treatment to the contaminants, materials, and configuration of your installation.
The challenges
01
Target contamination arising from manufacturing, assembly, work on the installation, or operation.
02
Integrate cleaning before commissioning, restart, or complementary operations.
03
Define with your teams the rinsing, controls, and acceptance criteria corresponding to the intended use and applicable requirements.
Your need
Grease, oils, dust, particles, or other residues require a strategy adapted to their nature and the surfaces concerned.
Our approach
High-purity cleaning is not defined solely by the choice of a product. It must take into account contaminants, materials, and the actual configuration of the equipment.
Technochim intervenes notably on tanks, piping, skids, and clean fluid networks, integrating materials, installation configuration, solution circulation, rinsing, and expected controls.
01
Identify residues
Determine their nature, origin, and the areas potentially concerned.
02
Define the sequence
Select the chemistry, application method, and conditions compatible with the materials. Define the water quality adapted to the different rinsing stages, cleanliness criteria, and necessary controls, particularly those relating to cleaning product residues.
03
Clean & rinse
Implement the defined sequence to reach the surfaces concerned, then perform the planned rinses to evacuate mobilized contaminants and cleaning product residues.
04
Verify & document
Verify results according to the selected criteria and document operations, controls, and any deviations.
Understand cleaning
A clean fluid loop, a tank, a skid, or a disassembled part are not cleaned in the same way.
On an installation, the circuit geometry, volumes, connections, circulation zones, and rinsing conditions must be taken into account to define the intervention strategy.
Depending on the surface condition and the desired objective, cleaning can also constitute a preliminary step to passivation or another surface treatment.
Cleaning aims to eliminate contaminants present on the surfaces.
Certain deposits, notably oxides associated with rouging, may require a specific derouging treatment, although their presence alone does not demonstrate an alteration of the underlying metal.
Other phenomena, such as localized corrosion or certain surface degradations, require a separate investigation and treatment strategy .
Cleaning does not, in itself, constitute a demonstration of sterility, absence of endotoxins, or cleaning validation .
The level of cleanliness obtained must be assessed in light of the criteria and controls applicable to the installation and its use.
