Preventive Maintenance

The objective is to monitor surface evolution and intervene in a planned manner, before their condition requires more extensive restoration.

Periodic audits, observations, treatment history, and inspection results allow progressive adaptation of the strategy to the actual conditions of the installation.

After restoration if necessary, surface monitoring may lead to studying a preventive PHOXAL solution, depending on its reference, the selected protocol, and installation conditions.

Corrective Maintenance

When an anomaly is identified, Technochim starts from the diagnosis and actual surface condition to define the appropriate corrective intervention: cleaning, descaling, derouging, passivation, restoration, or other treatment depending on the situation encountered.

Frequency Adapted to Your Installation

Two similar pieces of equipment may evolve differently depending on their operating conditions, fluids, temperatures, cycles, initial surface condition, or treatment history.

The frequency of audits and interventions is defined with your teams according to surface condition, history, operating conditions, and requirements applicable to the site. It is reassessed based on observations and monitoring results.
