Infrastructure and equipment: an intervention tailored to each configuration

Technochim works on production, storage and fluid distribution infrastructure, as well as process equipment, directly on site or, when their configuration allows, in its workshops.

Infrastructure, networks and utilities

Fixed infrastructure requires a comprehensive approach to the circuits and how they operate.

WFI: production equipment, including stills, storage systems and distribution networks for Water for Injections.
Pure steam: generators, distribution networks and associated equipment.
Piping: pipework, connections and transfer or distribution circuits.
Integrated skids: process assemblies connected to the installation.

Mastering a treatment requires understanding the circuit actually being treated. Drawings, volumes, materials, interfaces and flow possibilities are examined to define the scope and method of intervention.

Gather the drawings, volumes, materials and interfaces needed for preparation.

Determine the operations and organize the treatment circuits.

Carrying out the treatment

Intervene by circulation, immersion or another method suited to the configuration.

Check & document

Carry out the defined checks and document the intervention according to the protocol.

Understanding the intervention

On site or in the workshop, depending on the equipment

Fixed infrastructure such as WFI loops, pure steam networks and piping is treated on site using resources suited to its configuration.

Workshop treatment capabilities

For mobile equipment, parts and transportable assemblies, Technochim can also carry out treatments in its workshops in Belgium and France.

Our two sites have a combined total of 3,300 m² of workshop space, with resources enabling immersion treatment and the handling of equipment of various sizes.

One piece of equipment, several possible surface conditions

A WFI loop, a tank or process equipment does not necessarily require the same treatment.

Depending on its surface condition, history and use, the intervention may require cleaning, degreasing, descaling, derouging, passivation or another suitable treatment.

The strategy is therefore defined based on the actual condition of the surfaces and the configuration of the installation, not solely on the nature of the equipment.
